Katy has established herself as a standout figure in the start-up and venture capital industries. She formerly held the role of Director of Organisational Strategy and, subsequently, as VP of Culture at Parity Technologies. She has founded three early-stage start-ups and dedicates her time to mentoring seed-stage start-ups and offering guidance to pan-European VCs. While residing in Berlin, Katy held roles at Zalando, Rocket Internet, APX, and Porsche, leading venture development, investment, and branding teams. In collaboration with the World Economic Forum, she has also shaped strategies to ensure equitable funding opportunities for founders.
