Claudio Ferrante was born in Naples in 1972 and debuted in the Italian music industry in 1999 when he joined Carosello Records, where he held various roles, from artistic director to managing director.
In 2009, he founded Artist First, a company focused on physical and digital distribution, which later expanded to provide comprehensive services to artists, including management, promotion, merchandising, production, and live event organisation. To date, Artist First has achieved over 130 gold records, 130 platinum records, and one diamond record. Since 2011, Claudio Ferrante has also served as a lecturer for the “Marketing and Management of the Music Product: Business Processes” workshop at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
